CARDIAC SURGERY

Durham Cardiology has partnered up with two exceptional cardiac surgeons to provide the best 

care for our patients in Durham. 

Dr. Bisleri and Dr. Tarola are world class surgeons practicing at Canada’s best Hospitals, St. 

Michael’s Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

 
They are both staff Cardiac Surgeons at the University of Toronto and are exceptionally skilled in 

open heart and minimally invasive surgeries. 

They are also members of percutaneous team and can assess for catheter-based intervention

locally (eg. TAVI and Mitral valve clips).
